The deep end: senior AI engineering

Tool-calling agents running in production, generative media pipelines that turn a listing into a finished film, evals scored against human goldens, real-time 3D from plain video. Twenty years of production systems — eleven of them moving billions in Boston trading systems.

Work

Five live apps. Open them and poke around.

From a voice-first school to an offline spa — every one designed, built, and run by us, and every one in real use.

How we work

We start where it pays off most.

We find the one change that saves you the most time or brings in the most business, and build that first, the simplest way that works, using what you already have wherever we can.

    About

    Hi, we’re JSWaves.

A husband-and-wife team on St. Thomas, fifteen years in tech together, and a soft spot for work that makes someone’s day simpler. If you’re not sure whether your problem is a “software problem”, ask anyway. The answer is often smaller than people expect. And you always talk to the people who build it, from the first chat to the fixes years later.

    Let’s build something

Tell us a little about it. We answer the same day, usually faster. We talk for thirty minutes, in plain language: you describe the annoying chore or the idea, and within 48 hours you have a written plan and price, or an honest “don’t build this.”

    Send us a note

Three fields. Pick what you’re interested in, tell us the gist, and leave a way to reach you.
